The inspiration behind this platform is to train people especially youths in skills that can provide services and products that are needed locally using the resources that are available locally. Therefore, the primary goal is to meet local needs before extending the effort to the global landscape. 

The aim is to provide industry-standard training to these youths such that at the end of the training they can produce services or products that are of high quality which are competitive around the world. The effort is to reduce or eliminate the high dependence on importation of goods and services to meet local needs and also to provide materials for export after meeting local needs.

This is also an effort to initiate entrepreneurship that will open room for massive employment opportunities in the country and in Africa especially amongst the youths. Therefore, the bold ambition will require trainers with great expertise, might and resources to train youths in the respective capacities. This will guide the quality of decisions that will be made in selection of instructors or trainers in this quest.
