Mentorship refers to activities to help trainees navigate their ways into productivity and profitability after they have completed the training. This may take many forms. Some of the trainees will be absorbed as part our team if they are proficient enough to handle the roles that are to be filled. 

Those who show they can start their own organization their the skills gained in the training may get funding provided they can prove their mettle. Others will be added on our promotion website where we will recommend their jobs to prospective customers. Lastly, business content that will help our alumni to navigate their business landscape will be share freely to all our alumni.
